Welcome to FITTBRA LLC (“FITTBRA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in any FITTBRA nutrition coaching program, membership, or service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Services Provided

FITTBRA provides personalized nutrition coaching, education, and accountability services delivered virtually through one-on-one coaching sessions, digital resources, and communication platforms.

FITTBRA services are not medical services and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider before beginning any nutrition or wellness program.


2. Program Commitment & Term

New clients agree to a 90-day minimum commitment upon enrollment.

After the initial 90-day period, services may continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Program details, pricing, and inclusions are disclosed prior to purchase.


3. Payments & Billing

All fees are charged in advance according to the selected payment plan.

By enrolling, you authorize FITTBRA to charge your selected payment method for all applicable program fees.

Prices are subject to change for future terms but will not affect your current commitment.


4. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing 30 days written notice.

Written notice must be submitted via email to the official FITTBRA contact address.

Services will continue during the 30-day notice period unless otherwise agreed.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for completed or ongoing program payments already rendered.

Payments made for services already delivered or in progress are non-refundable.

Early termination does not release the client from financial responsibility for services already provided or billed.

No refunds are issued for unused sessions, partial participation, or failure to complete the program.


6. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding health history, medications, and lifestyle.

Communicate openly with their assigned coach.

Follow program recommendations at their own discretion and responsibility.

Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.


7. Communication Consent

By enrolling, you consent to receive:

Appointment reminders

Educational content

Transactional messages via email and/or text message

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP.


8. Intellectual Property

All FITTBRA materials, including but not limited to meal plans, documents, videos, and educational content, are the intellectual property of FITTBRA LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

FITTBRA LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.


10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which FITTBRA LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
